EssentialReload was started in 2005 by Cesare Marchese and Alejandro Lopez Ross as an artist platform and digital label. Inspired by a number of outstanding young talents and drive around them, EssentialReload was designed to push and expose emerging artists on the London art and music scene.  As a collective of artists, DJ’s, producers and of course music lovers we released, we promoted, we learnt, we partied and alongside our sister labels Serialism and Mean, we managed to do what we set out to do.  As time progressed, so did the EssentialReload artists, going on to produce for and release on a bigger and more established string of worldwide labels. As we grew, so did Mean and Serialism.  It came to a point where we realised that these “emerging” talents...had well and truly emerged, and here we were, running 3 labels, a booking agency, and still trying to find time for that  little bit of partying! In 2009, after Nine Digital releases, we decided to re-think....
That brings us to today...EssentialReload is still a platform for the talent that surrounds us.  Now run predominantly as EssentialReload Bookings/PR and as an art platform.  To support, expose and inspire the many people we have collaborated with over the years, and have plans to collaborate with in the future!  Releasing monthly EssentialReload podcasts from our rostered artists, from friends, collaborators, inspiring talents that we’ve spotted or emerging talents that we believe deserve to be out there.  Publishing interviews, artist and release news, showcases and more....our ethos remains the same today as it did when we started. To share and expose the music that we love, the artists that we admire, and the parties that we love to go to.
EssentialReload Bookings holds a strong international artist roster.  Representing a diverse group of DJ’s and producers, exclusive and non-exclusive. A collective of talent finely selected from some of the electronic music industry’s hottest labels and organisations, predominantly Mean and Serialism Records as well as Thema, Slash, Nervmusic, Dumb Unit, Stock5, Lick my Deck amongst others.  We aim to bring you the highest quality in our artists, their music and style.
